What this covers

This notice applies to tkmchennai.com, the public website of Toloba ul Kulliyat il Mumeneen (TKMI), Chennai. TKMI Chennai is a volunteer community body of the Dawoodi Bohras. The member portal at portal.tkmchennai.com has its own terms and handling of member data.

Information we collect

We collect only the contact and membership details that members provide to us, such as name, phone number and email. We do not ask for more than we need to coordinate khidmat and events.

How we use it

We use this information solely to coordinate community khidmat and events. We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the wider Dawoodi Bohra community administration where this is needed.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as they are needed for the purpose they were collected for and for our records.
